OWEN SOUND CULTURAL AWARDS

Congratulations go out to on-site scenic painter Chris Morton who took home the award for Emerging Artist at the 2018 Owen Sound Cultural Awards. Chris was awarded a $500 cash prize for “his ability to capture a moment in time while painting local natural landscapes.”
